Determination of Antibody Affinity Service

The binding force between an antibody and its antigenic determinant is called antibody affinity, and its essence is a non-covalent force. Antibody affinity embodies the binding ability of the antibody molecule for its antigenic determinant, and the determination of the affinity of an antibody for a specific antigen plays an important role in antibody screening. In general, the magnitude of the affinity can be characterized by either the binding constant Ka or the dissociation constant Kd.
